Case Study HUDSON Travel Group
Project challenge: Deliver an e-Business solutions which can reduce internal processing loads. Engineer a website which can provide value-add to our clients, and manage itself.

Hudson was getting inundated with information for group travel bookings. Handling hundreds of thousands of booking each year. The process was very task intensive on staff, and the flow of information along with certain processes needed to be handled in duplicate.

Goal - Introduce a solution which could better manage the flow of information. Properly capture data from the source "the client - VIA website", and automate certain tasks and processes to reduce manual processing.

VURTUR Deliverable - We started off by rendering the most critical element... a strategy plan. We did a site discovery, and interviewed Mr. Hudson. We then proceeded to draw out a full storyboard which outlined and clarified their needs. This greatly ensured that we had alignment, our deliverable and their expectations now matched. We initiated documentation and delivered a plan.

Development was done off-site with regular progress meetings.
Staff were trained, we deployed and stayed on-site for one week.
The application was a great success… We are often called upon to do additional new task automation, and are always improving their environment.
