HTG Event Management is the largest group Travel company in Canada. With over 500,000 bookings/year, they are the Expedia of group travel. And hold the Guinness World Record for the largest group sports event;(Bell Capital Cup, with over 500 hockey teams participating Globally)

Project Highlights

This was a major undertaking, and to date is a $250,000 + web services investment. Our client handles group travel bookings, and has significant volume and processes which needed to be streamlined and or fully automated.

Their solution has leveraged web and email technology to minimize internal data entry and calls. Clients and teams do their own bookings and group lists through sophisticated workflows, which has drastically cut down on manual labour and human error. In Turn, the system has been able to secure large clients due to its ease of use, stability, and value add to their end users… and allow them on-demand reporting, invaluable Business Intelligence and a minimized workforce.

This solution uses IBM e-Business Domino server platform, running on SUN Microprocessors in a Secure Server farm. It is a full real-time Payment services engine with SSL 128 bit security. We collect 100’s of Credit Cards everyday on this platform… and it’s up-time has been over 99.9%
